Our recorded kids yoga sessions are best suited for children aged 4 to 12 years. Each practice is child-friendly, simple to follow, and designed to keep them engaged — whether they’re beginners or already familiar with yoga.
Each session is around 45 minutes, designed to offer a full-body experience including movement, breathwork, and relaxation. The course runs for 30 days, and we recommend your child practices at least 4 to 5 times a week to get the best results — but you’re free to follow a pace that suits your child’s routine.
Yes, they are 100% safe. The instructions are gentle, clear, and age-appropriate. That said, for younger children (below 6), we recommend parents supervise the first few sessions just to help them settle in.
